Mr. Katz is a Senior Director in the Financial Advisory Services Practice of Taylor Consulting Group, Inc., focusing on financial analysis, business valuation, and transaction advisory services for multiple privately held and publicly traded companies. He has been involved in numerous financial advisory and business enterprise and intangible asset valuation engagements with an emphasis on the healthcare, food and beverage services, real estate development, and technology industries. He also participates in financial due diligence and valuation engagements related to mergers and acquisitions and strategic business planning.

Prior to joining Taylor Consulting Group, Mr. Katz worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP and Andersen LLP in Atlanta. He has more than five years of financial and corporate tax advisory experience working with a wide range of multinational corporate clients. He has extensive experience in international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.

Mr. Katz is currently pursuing the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) Designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
