Mr. Halliwell is responsible for valuation analysis and financial advisory services for clients seeking decision support, financial reporting, tax compliance and corporate valuation assistance. Formerly with KPMG Consulting, KPMG LLP and Merrill Lynch, he specializes in valuing businesses, debt/equity securities, in-process research and development, intangible assets, and intellectual property for a variety of purposes, including transaction, financial reporting, tax compliance, and litigation support.

Mr. Halliwell has over 13 years of financial advisory experience and has been specializing in the information technology, healthcare/life-science, and communication industries for the last seven years. Prior to joining Taylor Consulting Group, Mr. Halliwell was the Regional Practice Leader for KPMG Consulting’s Information and Communications - Valuation Services Practice. Before KPMG, he was a currency trader for Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for making markets in spot, forward, and currency futures for institutional investors and private clients.
