Mr. Taylor is a co-founder and the president of Taylor Consulting Group, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the areas of business and equity interest valuations, mergers and acquisitions, fairness and compliance-related valuation work, financial litigation services and assistance to clients in strategic planning. His work has been in a wide range of industries, with emphasis in the beverage, health care, textiles, distribution, and service segments.

Mr. Taylor has been active in professional associations and holds current membership in the AICPA, the Business Valuation and Forensic Litigation Services (BV/FLS) section of the AIPCA, the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Valuation & Litigation Services Section of the GSCPA, and the Florida Institute of CPAs. He has served as the chairman of the Management Consulting Services Committee of the GSCPA; a representative on both the Litigation Services and the Business Valuation committees of the GSCPA; and the president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Strategic Leadership Forum.

Mr. Taylor has spoken at national and regional seminars on valuation issues, estate planning and probate topics, accounting issues, and strategic planning techniques. He has also co-led and developed seminars and training programs for client organizations to implement planning and budgeting techniques to help maximize long-term shareholder value.

Mr. Taylor’s community activities include service currently as president and board member of Open Arms Care Corporation, treasurer and board member of Special Olympics Georgia, and treasurer and board member of Atlanta Ministry with International Students (AMIS). He has served in the past as treasurer and board member of Compeer Atlanta, now a part of The George West Mental Health Foundation. He received the 2003 Public Service Award from the Georgia Society of CPAs.
